As a jewellery company, the social and environmental impact of what we do and the products and materials we use are of the upmost importance to us. All of our pieces are handmade in house at our base in Connecticut in the USA. We believe in sourcing materials that are socially and environmentally responsible.

We now only buy recycled precious metals and almost all the gold we use now is sourced in this manner. However we do have some pieces in stock that include older gold that we have bought in the past that is not made from recycled metal. If you would like clarification on the origins of a specific piece please don’t hesitate to enquire.

Recycled precious metals are exactly the same chemical composition as regular precious metals, but do not involve the impact on an environment, both socially and ecologically that gold mining can cause.

We are also able to source fairtrade/ fairmined. If this is of interest to you please enquire for more details.

We have a trusted network of diamond dealers that we have worked with for many year’s and who’s credentials we value. All the diamonds we source are conflict free and covered by the Kimberly Process.

Additionally, many of our small diamonds we sell are recycled stones so have not been mined recently and have re-entered the supply chain, lessening the impact of mining. We are also able to source diamonds from Canada, these stones are considered to have been mined to the highest environmental standards in the world. We can also source lab-grown diamonds.
